Leith’s was founded in 1962 by Prue Leith and today specialises in the provision of catering to conference and banqueting, arts and heritage venues throughout the country. Leith’s are based at Glyndebourne Opera House and provide Fine Dining to Glyndebourne’s clients and guests throughout the season.
